The Cabosse Mould was designed by Emmanuele Forcone, internationally recognised for high-end chocolate and confectionery work. The hyper-realistic cocoa pod silicone mould opens up endless creative possibilities: individual entremets, chocolate bonbons, frozen petit fours…

Pavoflex silicone moulds by PAVONI Italia are premium accessories for professional pastry chefs and cooks. Made from platinum silicone, they withstand temperatures from -40°C to +250°C, making them equally suited to blast freezing and baking.
