A dark chocolate crafted to meet the current needs of artisans and food professionals, simplifying the use of chocolate in all your creations.

"Its name comes, in part, from "Ybo" meaning "black" in Ewe, an African dialect. This evokes the intense color of this inclusion chocolate despite its lower cocoa percentage. The second part, "Kao" means "cocoa," to which we've added a "W" as a signature of Maison Weiss's artisanal craftsmanship."
