These candied lemon shavings perfectly suited for coatings or inclusions in pastries, brioches, travel cakes or panettone. They can also be used to decorate chocolate candies, pastries or chocolate bars.

The COLD CONFIT® process preserves the fruit's organoleptic properties, offering a particularly tender texture and a flavour close to fresh fruit. These strips are perfect for high-quality inclusion, without drying out batters.

Applications & Technical Stability

An ideal product for bakery and pastry professionals:

  • Decoration: Finishing for chocolates, entremets, and fine pastries.

Storage & Shelf Life

24 months shelf life before opening. Store the product in a dry place, away from light, between 15°C and 25°C (59°F and 77°F), in its original closed packaging.

  • 24/48h delivery: This product is currently in stock and will be shipped within 24 hours.  This delivery time is valid only for shipments in Metropolitan France.  The estimated delivery time for Corsica is of 3 to 5 working days.
  • Delivery from 3 to 10 working days: This product requires restocking.  It will be shipped within 3 to 10 days according to the time mentioned on the product sheet. If you have an emergency or mandatory reception date, please contact us by email or phone.
