Discover the superior quality candied orange strips from Sosa, made with the signature COLD CONFIT® technique (low-temperature candying). This process guarantees a tender, melt-in-the-mouth texture and an intense flavour, free from the typical bitterness of candied peels.

The Sosa Candied Orange Shavings are perfect for coating or for making delicious inclusions in your pastries, brioches, travel cakes or panettone. In addition, they can be used to decorate your chocolate candies, pastries or chocolate bars.

Control of Texture and Flavour

The COLD CONFIT® process preserves the fruit's organoleptic properties, offering a particularly tender texture and a flavour close to fresh fruit. These strips are perfect for high-quality inclusion, without drying out batters.

Applications & Technical Stability

An ideal product for bakery and pastry professionals:

  • Inclusions: Brioches, panettones, cakes, pastries, gingerbread.
  • Decoration: Finishing for chocolates, entremets, and fine pastries.

Storage & Shelf Life

24 months shelf life before opening. Store the product in a dry place, away from light, between 15°C and 25°C (59°F and 77°F), in its original closed packaging.
