Sosa's Freeze-Dried Pink Rose Petals are freeze-dried to preserve their soft hue and subtle aroma. Ideal for a delicate, natural floral touch in sweet preparations as well as more original creations.

Applications

• Decoration: cakes, cupcakes, biscuits.
• Cocktails and salads: add as a visual element in floral cocktails or salads.
• Mixology: as a floating garnish on cocktails, mixed directly into the drink, or suspended in a decorative ice cube for a striking visual effect.

Use

Edible product to be consumed in small quantities as a garnish. Being a natural product, slight colour variation from petal to petal is normal and not a defect; the product may also contain a minimal proportion of petals from other flowers or parts of the same flower (stem, peduncle).

For suspension in a decorative ice cube, freeze the water in two stages (a thin layer, place the petals, then top up) to prevent them all rising to the surface of the block.
