Chicken Family: The Farmyard Trio by Pavoni Italia

Bring the whole family together this Easter with the Chicken Family kit. This complete set allows you to create a charming and heartwarming scene featuring the Rooster, the Hen, and their little Chick.

The design of this trio is based on stylized egg shapes, turning each subject into a delightful storybook character. With their large round eyes, playful beaks, and protruding wings, they are bursting with personality. The clean design (shown here in white) is the perfect blank canvas for your creativity using Chocolart or Seasons cocoa butter liquid colourings (also available in powder form): imagine bright red combs and orange beaks to bring this little family to life.

Kit Composition

This unique kit allows you to create all 3 characters simultaneously with detailed moulds:

  • The Rooster (Papa): 4 parts (front/back body, comb, and tail) - 190h mm (~200g).
  • The Hen (Mama): 2 parts (front/back) - 145h mm (~150g).
  • The Chick: 3 parts (front/back and comb) - 90h mm (~90g).

Usage Guide and Video Demonstration

Pavoni thermoforming ensures an incomparably clean release, essential for achieving the satin or glossy finish of tempered chocolate.

Key steps:

  1. Line the mould with your tempered couverture chocolate.
  2. Let it crystallise in a cool environment.
  3. Trim the edges and assemble using heat-bonding (warm plate).
  4. Secure onto the thermoformed base for perfect stability.

Maximise Your Creations

  • The Chocolate: Use Weiss couverture chocolates (Dark, Milk, White, or the iconic blond Tevenn) for optimal fluidity, flavour, and shine.
  • The Filling: Fill your eggs with Weiss character pralines or Sosa Ingredients textured inclusions.
  • The Decoration: Customise your pieces with the Pavoni colouring range (velvet sprays, iridescent powders, or liquid airbrush colours), designed for perfect adhesion to chocolate.

Delivery times mentioned on each product only concern shipments in France:

  • 24/48h delivery: This product is currently in stock and will be shipped within 24 hours.  This delivery time is valid only for shipments in Metropolitan France.  The estimated delivery time for Corsica is of 3 to 5 working days.
  • Delivery from 3 to 10 working days: This product requires restocking.  It will be shipped within 3 to 10 days according to the time mentioned on the product sheet. If you have an emergency or mandatory reception date, please contact us by email or phone.
