Sosa Natural Liquid Bergamot Flavouring is a water-soluble concentrate made from natural bergamot extract, capturing the citrusy, floral and lightly bitter notes characteristic of this Mediterranean citrus, widely prized in fine pastry and confectionery. Its formulation allows seamless incorporation into both water-based preparations and fatty bases containing up to 95% oil.

How to use

• Shake before use.
• Dose at 0.2 g per kg of preparation — approximately 6 drops — and adjust to the desired intensity.
• Incorporate fully for even distribution of the flavour.
• When cooking: double the dosage to compensate for evaporation of aromatic molecules.
• Do not consume directly. Professional use product.

As a guide: a mocha spoon holds 2 to 4 ml, a teaspoon 4 to 6 ml, a tablespoon 8 to 12 ml.
