Powdered gelatin of animal origin (porcine). Dissolve the product with a hot liquid above 40°C while stirring then leave to cool to obtain the gelled texture.
For use to create soft and flexible jellies, foams, aerated jellies, mousses, creams and creamy textures.

Use
Pre-hydration can be carried out to improve dissolution:
Mix 1 part gelatin with 5 parts cold water. Hydrate for at least 20 min and then dissolve in liquid to gel at a temperature above 40ºC to completely dissolve the gelatin. Let cool to achieve the gelled texture.
High resistance to freezing. Reversible thermos at a temperature above 35ºC.
