Yostrawberry Crispy: the classic strawberry yoghurt, made crunchy

Sosa's Yostrawberry Crispy comes in the form of small, crunchy pink pieces, combining the milky sweetness of yoghurt (30%) with the fresh intensity of strawberry (5%). This highly recognisable sweet, slightly tangy contrast evokes traditional strawberry yoghurt in a crunchy, easy-to-use form.

Uncoated, it offers maximum flavour expression, but remains a highly hygroscopic product: it performs best in dry or fatty applications and loses its crunch on direct contact with moist media. Its natural pink colour, from black carrot concentrate, makes it both indulgent and decorative.

Applications

• Sprinkling: over white chocolate coatings, biscuits and cakes, for yoghurt-strawberry colour and flavour.
• Inclusion: in low-hydration doughs and granolas.
• Creams and ice creams: add at the time of serving to preserve the crunch.

Use

Store in a dry place (humidity <60%), at a stable temperature (15-25°C), packaging tightly closed. A highly hygroscopic product: a desiccant sachet helps preserve the crunch for around 15 days after opening.
