Sosa Black Garlic Cloves, from the Culinary Journey range, are an exceptional product, obtained from fresh garlic cloves subjected to a controlled fermentation process.
This fermentation process transforms white garlic into a black ingredient with complex and refined flavors, with balsamic, licorice and slightly sweet notes.
Sosa Black Garlic Cloves are characterized by their tender and melting texture, as well as their intense umami flavour.
