With its new Fruit & Nut collection, PAVONI Italia leans fully into trompe-l'œil, reproducing with uncanny precision the shapes of nuts, seeds and dried fruits at the heart of contemporary pastry. The Hazelnut Mini Mould was designed by Emmanuele Forcone. This miniature hyper-realistic hazelnut in silicone is ideal for petit fours, chocolate bonbons and frozen confections.

Pavoflex silicone moulds by PAVONI Italia are premium accessories for professional pastry chefs and cooks. Made from platinum silicone, they withstand temperatures from -40°C to +250°C, making them equally suited to blast freezing and baking.
