Copper Chocolate Peta Crispy: fizz with a metallic shine

Sosa's Copper Chocolate Peta Crispy comes in the form of granules measuring 2 to 4.5mm, coated in a blend of chocolate and cocoa butter, with a metallic copper finish. Each granule contains pressurised carbon dioxide that's released on contact with saliva for an effervescent fizz in the mouth.

As with the whole range of Sosa's creative sparkling decorations, its cocoa butter coating acts as a hydrophobic barrier that slows moisture absorption and preserves the granule's firmness and shine over time.

Applications

  • Decorative finish: incorporate directly onto finished preparations.
  • Premium presentations: reserve for visible finishes where the copper colour stands out, applying just before serving.

Use

Best combined with fatty or low-moisture surfaces to preserve shine and fizz. A highly hygroscopic product: store in a cool, dry place (16-18°C), container tightly closed; for prolonged storage, adding silica gel helps preserve its firmness and shine.
