Mango Wet Proof: tropical sweetness that resists moisture

Known as the king of tropical fruits, mango wins over with its fleshy sweetness and sun-drenched aroma. Sosa's Mango Wet Proof captures that pulp in golden freeze-dried mango pieces, coated with a cocoa butter shell that protects them from moisture.

The crunch and tropical flavour stay intact on a yoghurt, in a cheesecake or on a scoop of ice cream, without softening along the way. Its warm colour and enveloping sweetness bring a taste of summer to any creation.

Applications

• Dairy desserts: sprinkle over yoghurts, cheesecakes or ice cream scoops for a tropical, crunchy touch.
• Cold or moist bases: incorporate thanks to its cocoa butter coating.
• Sweet-spicy pairings: combine with coconut, passion fruit, lime or a touch of chilli.

Use

Apply cold and keep away from heat: the cocoa butter coating melts when cooked. Store between 14 and 16°C, away from light and humidity, container tightly closed. Once opened, keep at this temperature: the product keeps for 1 month under these conditions.
