Raspberry White Chocolate Peta Crispy: fruity freshness and fizz

Sosa's Raspberry White Chocolate Peta Crispy comes in the form of reddish granules measuring 2 to 4.5mm, coated in a blend of cocoa butter and raspberry (5%). Each granule holds pressurised carbon dioxide, released on contact with saliva for a characteristic effervescent burst. The raspberry brings a tangy, refreshing fruity note that contrasts with the fizz.

As with the whole range of Sosa's creative sparkling decorations, its cocoa butter coating acts as a hydrophobic barrier that delays moisture absorption and extends the granule's firmness and fizzing power.

Applications

• Decoration: incorporate directly onto finished creations.
• Fruity pairings: combine with chocolate or dairy desserts for a tangy contrast.
• Cold application: add just before serving to preserve the fizz.

Use

Store in a cool, dry place, between 16 and 18°C, and reseal the packaging tightly after each use. A highly hygroscopic product: exposed to ambient humidity, it loses its firmness and effervescent capacity.
