The food flavoring can be used to make pastries, macaroons, ganaches, dessert creams, mousses, sweets, jams, cocktails or sauces.

Flavor dosage: 2g/kg 2g = approximately 70 drops

Natural flavor dosage: 0.2g/kg 0.2g = approximately 6 drops

This flavor is very concentrated.
You can dose either instinctively in the same way as you salt a sauce: you pour a few drops of flavor into the preparation and you rectify according to the result.
Or methodically by following the instructions below.
The average dosage is 0.5% (5g per kg or 5ml per liter of preparation).
As a guide, a mocha spoon makes between 2 and 4ml, a teaspoon between 4 and 6 ml and a tablespoon between 8 and 12 ml.
The label mentions a dosage range depending on each flavor (a mint flavor will not have the same dosage as a raspberry flavor).
Cooking: increase the dosage depending on the duration and intensity of cooking. Example: a baked pastry will need double the dosage compared to a dessert cream.
In general, pastry chefs prefer methodical dosage and cooks instinctive dosage.
