Organic rose floral water — a pure distillate

Sosa Organic Rose Water is a Rosa damascena floral water from organic farming in Bulgaria, obtained by steam distillation. Unlike concentrated flavourings, it is a pure aqueous distillate — the liquid remaining after essential oil separation — delivering a delicate, authentic floral note with no additives.

How to use

• Shake before use.
• Dose at 30 g per kg of preparation and adjust to the desired intensity.
• Incorporate directly into the cold or lukewarm preparation and mix well.
• Do not consume directly. Professional use product.

Note: the dosage of rose water (30g/kg) differs greatly from Sosa concentrated flavourings (0.2g/kg). Do not substitute one for the other without adjusting the quantity.
