Fiber from brown and blond flax seeds (Linum usitatissiumum L.), by extraction of the mucilage.
Thanks to its composition, it has thickening, stabilizing and emulsifying properties, and acts as a suspending agent.
Can be used in sauces, coulis, ice creams, sorbets, mousses and meringues.

Use
Easily soluble-dispersible in water, both under hot and cold conditions, over a wide pH.
Allows substituting the stabilizing and thickening functionality of xanthan gum in a 1:2 ratio.
Recommended dosage : 0,5 et 4 %.

Allergens - may contain traces of eggs, peanuts, soy and soy based products, milk and its derivatives, nuts, celery, mustard, sesame, sulphites.
