- Use: Gently heat in a bain-marie or microwave for 30 seconds at medium power until the paste is malleable. Incorporate directly into the preparation. Mix until evenly blended. Suitable for hot and cold preparations.
- Dosage: 50 to 80g per kg of preparation.
- After opening: refrigerate and use within 3 months.

Sosa Coconut Concentrated Paste is made from Philippine coconuts and Sri Lankan coconut milk solids, with a 27% coconut content and 7% coconut oil. Its creamy texture and natural flavouring restore the full authentic flavour and tropical intensity of coconut — sweet, lightly sugared and exotic notes, delivering exceptional results at low dosages.
Production
Coconut and coconut milk solids are combined with coconut oil and a natural flavouring to obtain a stable, homogeneous concentrated paste. The addition of maltodextrin, sodium caseinate and soya lecithin (E322) ensures a creamy texture that is easy to incorporate — an essential consistency for the professional laboratory.
How to use
- Gently heat in a bain-marie or microwave for 30 seconds at medium power until the paste is malleable.
- Incorporate directly into the preparation according to recipe.
- Dose between 50 and 80g per kg of preparation and adjust to the desired intensity.
- Mix thoroughly until evenly blended.
- Suitable for hot and cold preparations.
