expand_moreThis 1.5kg jar of concentrated wild strawberry paste is easy to store and use, and has a shelf life of 24 months. The ingredients of this paste include wild strawberries, fruit extract (carob, grape, apple), citric acid, sugar, natural flavouring, amidated pectin, as well as natural colours including elderberry concentrate and anthocyanins. This product may contain traces of milk and its derivatives, as well as sulphites with a concentration greater than 10mg/kg or 10mg/litre (expressed as SO²).
To fully enjoy this product, store it in a dry place, protected from light, between 15°C and 25°C, in its original closed packaging. Sosa Concentrated Wild Strawberry Paste is an excellent choice for chefs looking to add a touch of unique and refined strawberry flavor to their desserts and ice creams.
