Sosa full cream milk powder allows you to flavour delicate preparations where adding liquid is problematic. Thanks to its dehydration process, it preserves all its nutritional qualities and intense milky flavour.

  • Dosage: 15% powder to 85% water.

Application Advice

To reconstitute liquid milk: mix 150g of powder with 850ml of water.
In pastry making, it can be used to coat nuts, create milk jellies or stabilise ganaches.

Allergens: Contains Milk. May contain traces of nuts, soya, sulphites, egg, mustard, celery, sesame, peanuts.
