White Chocolate Lime Peta Crispy: tangy freshness in fizzy granules

Sosa's White Chocolate Lime Peta Crispy comes in the form of green granules measuring 2 to 4.5mm, coated in white chocolate and flavoured with lime. This carbonated sweet releases small effervescent particles on contact with saliva, combining tangy freshness with a fizzy sensation for a surprising sensory experience.

Applications

  • Dessert decoration: sprinkle over mousses, cakes, ice cream or chocolates.
  • Fillings: incorporate for an unexpected touch of flavour and effervescent texture.

Use

Sprinkle directly onto preparations at the moment of serving to preserve the sparkling effect. A highly hygroscopic product: store in a silica bag once the container is opened, which helps preserve its quality and texture for around 15 days.
