Procrema 5 Bio is a powder base for the preparation of organic ice creams. This base is composed of organic carob gum (E410), xanthan gum (E415) and organic maltodextrin. The recommended dosage is 5g/L, whether with water or milk (preferably hot).
This base for organic ice creams is supplied in a 700g bag, with a shelf life of 24 months.
