PROCREMA 100 COLD/HOT NATURE 3KG

Mixture of stabilizers, thickeners, proteins, fibers and sugars to stabilize hot and cold ice creams.

Recommended use

Any liquid or semi-liquid preparation, based on dairy products (For the preparation of cold or pasteurized ice creams.). Once mixed with the liquid, it is preferable to rest the mixture for 8 hours so that it matures before freezing. Dosage: 100 g/L.
