The Sosa Fruits & Sauces range offers high-quality semi-candied fruit, preserved in syrup. These pieces are produced using the signature COLD CONFIT® technique (low-temperature candying), ensuring a tender, melt-in-the-mouth texture close to fresh fruit.

This semi-candied mandarin has the particularity of being able to reach negative temperatures without crystallizing while retaining a smooth texture and a unique aroma.

Storage

This Mandarine peel 5x5mm Sosa can be stored between 15°C and 25°C in a dry place and protected from light.With a DVC of 24 months, this semi-candied mandarin is a practical and tasty choice for chefs looking for unique flavors.

Allergens

It contains traces of milk and derivatives and is composed of mandarin, sugar, water, mandarin juice, lemon juice, mandarin essential oil, potassium sorbate (E202) and citric acid (E330).
