• Cake batters (cakes, brioches, puddings, etc.)
• Direct Serving (paired with a coulis, as accompaniment to ice creams, cottage or fresh cheeses, in verrines)

Storage

It should be stored in a cool, dry place, protected from light, in a closed container. Once opened, it is recommended to store it between 2 and 6ºC.

Ingredients

The ingredients used in the preparation of this product are apple, sugar, water, lemon juice, thickener pectin (E440ii), natural flavouring, acidifier citric acid (E330), preservatives potassium sorbate (E202), ascorbic acid (E300), disodium diphosphate (E450i), dextrose and tricalcium orthophosphate (E341iii). This product may contain traces of milk and its derivatives.
