Its intense, natural green colour is achieved through the addition of spirulina concentrate and a natural tree nut flavouring — no artificial colouring. With no added sugar, it delivers the full aromatic intensity of pistachio: sweet, lightly caramelised and subtly roasted notes, characteristic of an exceptional raw material.
Production
Pistachios are finely ground until a fluid, homogeneous paste is obtained. The addition of soya lecithin (E322), spirulina concentrate and a natural tree nut flavouring ensures a stable texture, a sustained green colour and consistent aromatic intensity — an essential regularity for the professional laboratory.
